We went for a big long cycle yesterday along the coast, wonderful views, but a bit of a shock to our lazy legs!
We went for a quick swim in the evening, though it was a bit quicker than planned! The water here is a bit sharp!
While I was swimming I felt something like seaweed rub along my arm, but when I looked to see what it was I couldn’t see anything… It was a transparent jellyfish! Luckily their stings are not too bad, like a nettle sting… But we decided not to stay in the water… There were lots of them!
I’ve never been stung by a jellyfish before, but for a first time it was surprisingly not painful 🙂
Today we are off to Fremantle.
PS; 500 followers today!!
We of the 500 are tagging on for a free holiday!! 😉
Are the mantles free in Fremantle? (Think Nana and her days in Cassidys!)

🙂 I didn’t see any mantles there but it was quite an old town with lots of ‘colonial style’ buildings 🙂 Photos soon (I can’t post many as I usually shrink them before posting but I can’t do that on my iPad. Must check is there an app!

Sorry! There are so many great birds in Australia… Loads more to come when I get home to my computer!
These two seemed to be competing for space on the branch, they were funny!
