Colourful calapitters as somebody I know used to call them! Your foliage really is alive!
For a second I thought your spelling had seriously deteriorated! I know our family has wobbly spelling, but still!!
Was it your sister or my Elly, that liked the hungry Calapitter story?
Probably both, the book was released in 1969 so it wasn’t me. My girls loved it
OOHHHH foliage AND caterpillars! 🙂
🙂
I’m not sure, it was one of Rebekah’s favourite books. I don’t remember it when I was little & I used to read all Jen’s books, so it probably was Elly.
The Hungry Caterpillar was published in 1969 🙂
Lovely photo, I’d like this kind of photo…
Thanks
Hmm….this caterpillar and the garden grub in a no holds barred, fight to the death, cage match! Just wondering……..
The caterpillar are about 2cm long, the grub was about 15cm long and about 2cm wide. The grub would win hands down
I know, but it’s a guy thing. We live for big upsets by the underdog.
True, my dad supports Nottingham Forest 🙂
