Sorry I have been quiet for a few days, preparing for Charlotte’s prom was a big deal! We bought 3 dresses, 3 pairs of shoes, truckloads of jewellery before she was ready!
Her step-mum Sanja brought her to Mac in Kingston to have her make-up professionally done and all her friends went together to her friends mum’s salon to get their hair done for the day. The ‘Pre-Prom’ party started at 5.30pm, the ‘arrivals at the Prom at Foxhills Golf Club started at 7.30pm, The ‘After Party’ started at 1am, and the ‘Sleepover (??)’ started at 6am.
Poor Charlotte and a few of her friends had an induction day at college the next day so I collected some very sleepy débutantes at 7.45am the next day to get them there on time!
Fabulous! Charlotte has great carriage, I see your mother in her all the time!

What a lovely young lady. Looks like mom could actually be as excited as the prom goer. These are sweet pictures of a happy moment. Thanks for sharing. (And , yes, we did miss you.)

Lol, you were busy oartying too i’m sure!
I loved the preparation too, but it was stressful as the Prom was really important to Charlotte so she had to be just right!
She had a mini melt down just before we left as her tights weren’t right, but we managed to get the right ones at the very last minute!

Thank you! I was just so relieved that she was happy… Looking absolutely how she wanted to look was so important to her, and none of us could tell her she looked fabulous if she didn’t think so!! 🙂
