I got a wonderful camera for Christmas 🙂 It’s a Panasonic ‘Bridge Camera’ (the bridge is between compact cameras and dSLR’s) the DMC-FZ62. It is perfect for me as I have only ever used compact cameras up to now, and therefore changing straight to a dSLR would have been a bit silly so I wouldn’t have a clue how to use it properly, but this camera allows manual adjustments, I just have to learn how they work
In the meantime it also has a wonderful range of pre-set functions, some that were on my compact (the Panasonic Lumix DMC -TZ8), and some new ones. I was playing with them yesterday.
I thought this photo was a particularly excellent photo for the festive theme 🙂

Thanks Cathie! Wow, 2 in one day!
I have an ‘Awards‘ Page, so I’ll put them there 🙂 Eventually I will get round to passing them on & fulfilling the rules. I’m not very good at these things so it will take me some time!! xxx
Lovely to get them though, so I will pass them on xxx

Good luck with the camera, don’t go taking it to bed with you now and remember to set it down when it is mealtime!! 😉
