A window in Santorini, overlooking the caldera
A photo of a window in Santorini I took while there at our friends Neil & Jo’s wedding in 2008. We are off to see them & their little family in Perth next Tuesday
Thank you for bringing us lots of new places Neil & Jo!
The beginning of their married life together 🙂
Beautiful!

Santorini is stunning, a collapsed volcanic caldera, possibly the origin of the lost city of Atlantis. There is a tiny new volcano growing in the middle of the sea inside the larger rim which is all that remains of the old volcano, and there are ancient ruins of a city there too, it is a stunning place!

The arched window is such a graceful frame for that amazing view. The place is magical as you say, and your image gorgeous, What a lovely place to be married.
