Blue is my absolute favourite colour, so my holiday photo albums are full of blue photos!
The Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge, surrounded by blue!
Having just spent time in Australia and New Zealand, it was even easier to find blue photos, since the sky was almost permanently a beautiful clear blue colour!
Thank you to Jennifer for this challenge, I’m already on the look out for Purple for next week!

Was the water choppy? I hear you had a great day there.
We were there for a few days, it was wonderful! Lots more photos to come 🙂
Great photo! I’d love to travel to that area soon. Did you like it? Anyway, I love how even the building has a blue cast and the weather looks beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing and for participating in the challenge!! I look forward to seeing your purple post 🙂
It was amazing… all of Australia and New Zealand, we completely loved it! The opera house looks really blue in this photo… though i have photos of it in other colours too from Australia Day, no purple i’m afraid… I’ll have to pick some other subject for next week
I realize I should have spaced out the two- purple and blue being so similar. But oh well, it will be interesting to see what people come up with. Glad you loved your visit. One day I’ll make it over that way 🙂
If only i’d noticed your challenge last week I could have entered this post for both Blue & Purple: https://looneyatoms.com/2014/02/25/purple-swamphen/

Such a silly looking bird, but I love his bright colors! Have no idea what kind of bird it is, but you’re right, this would have been perfect for both challenges 😉
