We have been very lucky since we have come back from our holidays as the weather has been lovely & spring is most definitely here. The sun has been shining & we have been out for some great walks.
Last weekend we revisited a walk that we haven’t been on for ages, just round the corner from our house along the side of a long narrow lake called The Broadwater. This lake is an old Ox-Bow lake of the River Thames, and when the river was in flood this lake threatened to extend into our road. Luckily it stopped in our neighbours back gardens!
The last time I walked here I posted a load of photos of the lake upside down, as the water is so still it acts like a mirror. This time I think they are all right way up!!
The grass was also a lake!
This post fits perfectly with this week’s Weekly Photo Challenge; Reflections Lots more to follow!
You were in Wilson country, plenty of water to splash about in!

You are becoming quite an accomplished photographer. These are terrific. Sure wish we had some sunshine. I now officially have seasonal affect disorder. These helped.

Thank you 🙂 I was wondering why you have been so quiet recently! SAD is horrible, I used to get it but invested in a daylight lamp a few years back plus Peter likes to take a winter sun holiday in January, so both combined have worked wonders!
