British Summer Time begins tonight! Lets hope it brings the summer too :)

Rather than go through all this trouble, why not just be a hour late for everything half the year? And I didn’t know (but should have guessed) that you were descended from a long line of Popes.

I have considered that, but it’s nicer if we do it in October, we get more daylight in winter then

In California in a nicer, milder weather this year: but MArch first is not the right time for the shortest day of the year. They just like to throw their muscles around, and roar….we all know that the “summer time” concept in a around-the-clock society really makes no sense. It did during the war, and when businesses were one, or two shifts.

I know, now that we have bright sunny mornings and later sunsets I want to keep ‘this time’ I hate changing it back in the autumn ( fall )

I hope the hour takes my snow away with it. heading to Dublin tomorrow, I think it might be warmer down there.

It’s not that warm down here even, hat scarves and gloves essential even in the middle of the day! At least we don’t have snow on the ground, but it sleets or snows most days. Hopefully it will skip spring and just become summer very shortly!
